Add Headers and Footers to Your PDF
Upload one or more PDF files and add a header and a footer to their pages: up to three texts each — on the left, in the centre and on the right. Put a document title, your company name, a date or a confidentiality note at the top, and page numbers like “Page 3 of 12” at the bottom, in the font, size and colour you choose.
The texts are added to the PDF itself, so they can be selected and searched, and the pages keep their original quality. On rotated pages they are placed upright at the top and bottom as you see the page. Files are kept for 48 hours and then deleted automatically — or you can delete them yourself at any time.

Can I leave the cover page without a header?
Yes. Set “Start at page” to 2: the first page stays as it is, and the numbering starts at the second page with the number you set as “First number”.
Is my file kept private?
Files are transferred over an encrypted connection and processed on our server. Uploaded files and results are stored for 48 hours, so you can download the result via its link, and are then deleted automatically. You can delete them yourself at any time with the delete button in the “Your files” list.
Is there a file size limit?
Yes, uploaded PDF files must be 1 GB or smaller.
